At Bisou Phuket, were doing something a little different with French cuisine. We honor the techniques and traditions we learned in Paris’s Michelin-starred kitchens, but were not stuck in the past. Were here, in Phuket, working with premium local and imported ingredients and letting this place inspire us.

Bisou was created by Théo and Antoine, co-owners who spent years learning in Paris and working inside Michelin-level restaurants before opening in Thailand. Their foundation is unmistakably French sauces, temperature control, technique, and detail. But the perspective is broader. Time in Asia and travels through Japan inform a lighter, more modern expression: elegant, ingredient driven, and quietly inventive.
The result is author’s cuisine in Phuket: French gastronomy with subtle Asian influences that feel natural rather than forced, refined flavors, clean lines, and dishes designed to be remembered.

Bisou Phuket is built by a team of food and wine lovers who share one goal. Deliver a modern French dining experience in Bang Tao, Phuket that feels both refined and genuinely warm. We brought the Bisou spirit from Bangkok to the island, not to replicate what already exists, but to create something that belongs here.
Meet the dreamers who started it all:
At the heart of Bisou are Antoine and Théo, the co-owners behind Bisou Bangkok. Antoine’s Michelin-level kitchen background meets Théo’s sommelier expertise, and together they shape the identity of the restaurant: contemporary French cuisine, precise execution, and a wine-led experience designed for the way people actually dine in Phuket.
Manon, our Culinary Director, brings high-level Michelin experience from Switzerland. Alongside Antoine, she keeps the kitchen sharp, seasonal, and consistent, so every dish feels precise, modern, and effortless.
Louis From Paris to Phuket, he crafts cocktails with classic technique and tropical inspiration. Working with Théo, he builds a drinks menu designed to pair naturally with our food and elevate the whole evening.
